  Even though he moved to Tennessee, he was buried back at home in Ebenezer Cemetery. Mrs. Florence Wickline says he was born in Monmouthshire, Wales and was the son of Charles and Ann Perry Rees in "Cemeteries of Raccoon Twp." She said they were buried at Ebenezer without markers. This is a county that is currently in England and was part of Wales at periods in history. You will note that her memory of her ancestor's name was Ann, but that "Gallia County People in History" states that it was Elizabeth. It is Elizabeth in the baptismal records for Charles Jr. Buried at Ebenezer along with Charles is his infant child.
