Elizabeth Harris in an E-Mail letter gives the marriage place as Springfield MM, Pennsylvania Rebecca had a twin named Jacob in some sources, but it looks more like they were born two years apart to the day in transcribed Quaker records provided by Lappin. (C-613, 1073, 1304d)
Rebecca's father, Thomas Menshall, owns land adjacent to Rebecca's husband, Bartholomew Coppock, on a map of the original purchasers from William Penn, dated 1681. (C-2136)
Rebecca married Bartholomew COPPOCK III, son of Bartholomew COPPOCK Jr. and Margaret YARWOOD, on 9/5/1704 in Springfield M.M., Chester, PA, USA.1 (Bartholomew COPPOCK III was born on 1/1/1682 in , , , England and died in 1761 in West Chester, Chester, PA, USA.)
Marriage Notes:
An alternative marriage place is Springfield MM. It's probably listed in both Quaker MM records. The date is lightly confused in several second hand transcriptions of Quaker records, so the original quaker records need checked. The dates occur on May 31, July 1, July 5, or July 31, and Sep 5 in these transcriptions. (C-253a, 1304d, 1430)
