His death date in Hinshaw is in March, but in transcribed cemetery records his death date is the same day but in August of 1828 instead. Which is correct is not known. Robert Pemberton and wife, Unice were included in a deed of sale with all of Marmaduke's children and some of Marmaduke's grandchildren. Robert was a grandchild of Marmaduke through his mother, Esther, who was deceased. 6 9
Robert married Eunice COPPOCK, daughter of John COPPOCK Jr. and Anna JAY, on 8/2/1809.1 (Eunice COPPOCK was born on 8/1/1793 in Bush River M.M., Newberry, SC, USA 6 and died on 6/10/1874 in , Parke, IN, USA.)
