To Anne and Susanna and their hrs. (daus. by first husband, viz. Rev. John Howat, minister), 2 parcels of land in Munmouthshire, Waies, one in parish of Langvihangal, Lantornan, and the other (had from mother —–) in pariah of Mitchell Troy, nr. the R. Trory and Monmouth.
To daus. by second marriage, viz. Rachell Collier and Mary and Anne Evans and grand-dau. Susanna Wood, personalty.
To Stepney Parish Church. silver cup of 40s.
To first-named daus., viz. Anne Leaky and Susanna Johnson, exs., residue of personal estate equally.
