Notes: John Cornwell of London, England conveyed legacies to John and Margaret Turner in his will dated Mar 27, 1694. John Turner died not long after in his previous residence of All Hollow's Parish, Ann Arundel, Maryland. Margaret as a widow on Oct 1, 1705 conveyed this deed to her daughter Mary whether she be in Maryland or overseas and her grandchildren by son John. John married Margaret about 1670 in , , Maryland. 2. | William TURNER was born before 1635; died before 22 Dec 1663 in , , Maryland. Notes: He came to Maryland in 1652 with his wife, and 3 sons, one of which was John named in his will. He is the progenitor of all the Turners in Maryland according to "The Colonial History of the United States." He demanded 300 acres of land for transporting this size family to Maryland. He acquired much more land in the 10 years or so they lived in Maryland. His wife was unnamed so is unknown in Maryland records. His will was probated on Dec. 22, 1663.
