He was listed of Denver, Colorado in a relatives' 1974 obituary and born around 1917 according to his parents 1930 census record. He is likely to be the Charles Fucci who was born on Apr. 11, 1917 and died on Feb. 7, 1994 in Wheatridge,on Co., Colorado in the S.S.D.I. records. FUCCI, Charles Patrick (I9403)

He was listed of Fivehead Parish when he married his wife Jane in the Church of England records. GERMAN, John (I10163)

He was living during the reign of King Stephen into the early reign of King Henry II, basically from 1135-1189. I have found the information on this line in a site on the Internet that sources a history of the Mallory family. It also so be the same information that United Ancestries CD-100 used as a source. In CD-100, all of the birth dates appear to be estimated, because whenever siblings names are known for any generation, their birth dates are all estimated to be the same. Spouses birth dates are also estimated to be the same and we know in early English history, that the women were often very young and in their early teens compared to their husbands in their 20s and 30s. Therefore, this lineage needs a lot of study and improvement. (F-511, 599)

Manors belonging to this Richard's descendants supposedly included: Waltonj-on-th Woulds, Kirby Malory, Hoton Conyers, Highe Studly or Studley Royal, Newbold Revell, Boteley, Draughton, and Swinford. Their locations were in Papworth, co. Cambridge, Mobberley, co. Chester, Woodford, co. Northampton, Northamptonshire, Wooderson, co. York, and Huntingdonshire. Kirbie Malalorie was in Leicestershire county. Studley was in county York. (F-635) These are basically places where descendants had a coat of arms or shield that had one to three lions on them, suggesting they descend from this Richard if his descendants lived in these places.
MALLORE, Richard (I16693)

He was living from 1430 to 1503 for certain. (F-511) MALLORY, Sir Thomas (I844)

He was living in 1186 with the title Lord of Tachebrook Mallory, of Warwicks. (F-511) According to Nichols History of the County of Leicester, he was knighted. This might have been in 1216 or the 1216 could have been referring to his dte. Mary Reumah Mallories' notes don't specify which are correct. (F-635) MALLORY, Sir William (I16675)

He was living in 622. He was also called Cutha. (F-515) CUTHWULF (I16358)

He was living with his Aunt Regina and her 2nd husband, Leo McDevitt in the 1920 Philadelphia census. According to Jim Dudick's Gr. Aunt Mabel, Walter was raised by his Aunt Regina after his father died and his mother, Rosa, had to workealthy family's home. By age six, Walter was too much of a handful for his Aunt's family. Walter was then sent to his cousin Julius and Katie Pringle Link's family, where he was raised by Katie Link until he was about 17. In the 1930 census, he is the Walter G. Zoller, age 17 who was working as a seaman in Norfolk, VA. He enlisted in the service in 1932 and went AWOL in 1933. When he was caught, he was placed in the stockades in Philadelphia for a year. Katie and her son Leo who was eight years younger than his 1st cousin - once removed, would go to visit him on Sundays in the Stockade. Walter apparently was always a difficult person. He later went to Las Vegas, became a member of the Mob and was a Pit Boss for a Casino in Vegas. He was working in Fremont Casino in Las Vegas when his cousin Regina went to visit him and was last heard from by Regina about 1979. He died in Las Vegas in 1995 according to his Social Security record. His funeral was paid for by his cousin, Leo Link, who grew up with Walter in his family. ZOLLER, Walter G. (I1914)

He was living with his family in Darlston, Wolverhampton, England in the 1881 British Census. He appears to be the Ernest Dimmack living in Los Angeles, California in the 1920 U.S. census. He was age 45 at the time, born in England.s a machinist by trade, hired by the Reichard Co. His wife was age 36, born in Frankfurt, Germany. They had a daughter, age 17. DIMMOCK, Ernest (I5335)

He was Lord of Kirkby Malloy. He sold his estate in 1347. (F-511) MALLORY, Sir Anketil (I14105)

He was Lord of Studley Royal and Hutton Conyers. He sold Washington Old Hall in 1613 and while in England, he signed the 2nd Virginia Charter on May 23, 1609 showing that he had a vested interest in the Virginia Colony. The charter was cd and signed by more than a hundred investors in Westminster, England. Though some sources say he never actually visited Virginia, others say he arrived at Jamestown in 1607 along with the full group that was greeted by Powhattan, father of Pocahontas. This is the person who United Ancestries has as the father of our Peter Mallory who died in Fairfield, CT. However, information from Gene Mallory states that he and Anne had a son named Peter in 1576, much too soon to be our Peter Mallory. It is possible that our Peter descended from Sir John through his sons. Another theory we're currently studying is that our Peter is descended from the Bermuda Mallories whom also are related to the Mallories of "Washington Old Hall" according to Mallory Smith. Many of the persons that signed the 2nd charter were from Bermuda and this would be a possible scenario, especially since his wife, Anne's father had ties with a Forster family in England and Bermuda. (F-511, 599) MALLORY, Sir John (I14439)

He was married on Jan. 29, 1882 according to his parent's bible. His wife's name is not listed but his children's are. They were born starting in 1883. BABCOCK, William Albert (I500)

He was married twice. His first wife supposedly died on the way over to America in 1803. She might have died in childbirth or from complications thereof as son, John Peter Derenberger, Jr. Their name was changed from Von Derenberg to Derenberger when coming to America. The Von Derenberg original name has not yet been verified. If correct, the "VON" indicates landed gentry at the minimum with royal lineage likely. VON DERENBERG, John Peter (I44)

He was murdered in 1478 by being drowned in a keg of Mumsey. George George Duke Of Clarence (I8197)

He was named Earl of Leicester in 1324. He was a leader of the great confederacy which overturned the Spencers and deposed Kind Edward II. He was then appointed guardian of the new King Edward III as well as appointed captain-general ofe King's forces in the Marches on Scotland. In 1336, he was named Lord of Beaumont and Nogent.

This Henry is the father of Lady Eleanor but it is only deduction on my part that he is the same Henry who is the father of Maud de Lancaster. (C-437, p. 585)
PLANTAGENET, Henry Earl Of Lancaster * (I9127)

He was named in his father's will as one of two sons. "Jesse was the founder and leader of the Quaker settlement in Back Creek Valley," in Frederick County, Virginia. (C-961) PUGH, Jesse (I13658)

He was named in his father's will, but he was not listed as an executor as were his brother-in-laws. (CL-468) MCCOMBE, William (I16242)

He was named in his grandfather, John Wright's will. WRIGHT, John (I2300)

He was named in the will of his brother, John, in 1753. He became a wealthy merchant. He left a will in Anne Arundel Co., Maryland in 1760, in vol. 31, p. 92. HAMMOND, Phillip (I5677)

He was named the First Duke of Norfolk on Jun. 28, 1483. Also known as Jack of Norfolk, he was elected to Parliament in 1455, knighted in 1451 and named Baron in 1470. In that same year he received the title and office of Captain-Genearhe King's forces at sea. He and his descendants received the honorary title of Earl Mashal of England. From 1467-1474 he was "Treasurer of the Household". In 1475 he fought along side Edward IV in France. He was given the honor of being the administrator for the estates for the Duke of Norfolk and Mowbray. When Lady Anne Mowbray died in 1481 without issue, Lord Howard was the co-heir of her estate. However, Edward VI stopped him from receiving this, instead giving it to his own son who had married Lady Anne after her first husband's death. When Edward VI died shortly after in 1483, King Richard III declared the sons of Edward VI to be illegitimate and restored Lord Howard's share of the Mowbray estates to him. He also granted Sir John Howard the titles of "Duke of Norfolk, Marshal, and Earl Marshal of England. In July of 1483, he was given the position of Admiral of England, Ireland and Aquitaine, Surveyor of Array in Norfolk, Suffolk and eleven other counties, Steward of the Duchy of Lancaster and a member of the Privy Council." He was killed at Bosworth Field in 1485 in service to his king. (C-862) HOWARD, John Duke Of Norfolk V (I6012)

He was not in his father's will in 1648 and had likely died before then. (C-1648) BAGLEY, Richard (I599)

He was not in his father's will. No record of his marriage or death date has been found. He died young according to Newman. He did come with his family to Maryland in 1652-3. (C-637) WELLS, William (I385)

He was not in the list of children who emigrated with their mother to the Waynesville Monthly Meeting in Ohio in 1806 nor in a deed that his siblings and Aunts and Uncles were in in 1826, so I'm assuming he died before the family moved to

PEMBERTON, George (I545)

He was not listed in his mother's 1816 administration. THARP, Tobas (Tobias) (I336)

He was of Ardstrath and Mountfield. MCCAUSLANE, Alexander (I10668)

He was of Middle Lambrook, Somerset, England when he married Agnes. BAKER, ROBERT (I6785)

He was of Mill Street in his children's baptismal records. REES, Thomas * (I7082)

He was on Backland, North Petherton, Somerset, England in the tax records in 1733. His parents could be Samuel and Elizabeth and he was baptized in 1705. He could be the son of Marmaduke baptized in 1674 or the son of William baptized in 1675. All of these events took place in Curry Rivel, Somerset, England. None took place in North Petherton.

COATE, Marmaduke (I18168)

He was one of the early settlers of Jamestown, Virginia. He settled there in the first 18 years after it's establishment in 1607. SHEPPARD, Major Robert (I9763)

He was one of the executors of his mother-in-law's will in 1692. CARMICHAEL, Archibald (I6418)

He was one of the first settlers in West Milton, Ohio from Randolph Co., NC arriving in the spring of 1802. WAGGONER, John (I15991)

He was President of the Council of the Island of Barbados. (C-548) His title is listed as President of the Island of Barbados in Claude James Forte's Ancestry. He is listed as the father of Elizabeth Weekes in Burkes Colonial Gentry. Ras probably the Ralph who was age 5 in the 1715 Barbados census and the son of Doctor and Esquire Ralph and Madam Jane Weekes. His family and ancestry are listed here connected to Elizabeth Weekes. (F-309,310) Additional evidence that this is the correct line, is that Samuel Forte deeded land to this Ralph Weekes in Vol. 30, p.140, and p. 179. WEEKES, President Ralph (I7636)

He was probably the eldest male in this family as he owned the estate in Mid-Sussex with descendants at Ditchling. (C-1420) CHATFIELD, Nicholas (I579)

He was probably the Sixto Diaz in the Philippine death records who was born in 1853 and died on Oct 5, 1948 in Mandaluyong, Rizal, Philippines. DIAZ, Sixto * (I116)

He was prosecuted in the courts for not appearing to take the oath of Knighthood by the King in 1336. MARTIN, Robert IV (I7293)

He was received into Quaker membership on April 25, 1748 at the Monocacy Monthly Meeting. He and his wife got a certificate to remove to Carver's Creek Monthly Meeting in North Carolina. He received a gift of land from his father in Oran, NC in 1752 and a grant from Lord Granville on Nov. 1, 1755. This later purchase was in tract 11. It is referred to here: "Joseph Welts, 513 acres, (in 1762?)." He sold most of it off in parcels in the following transactions. "Joseph Wells, 208 acres, 6 Jun, 1763; see ODB2/422 to Nathan Wells; William Marshall's line; N/S Cane Ck; crossing creek; part of 2 tracts HEM 6/7/1765 & 4/16/1760. Also ODB4/662 part to John Thompson of Chatham. ODB5/240 Wells to Levi Gifford; s/s Cain Ck?; William Marshall's line; John piggott's line. See also ODB5/247 & 433." (C-575, EL, http://piedmontwanderings.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html) WELLS, Joseph (I13043)

He was recommended for the Council on Jan. 30, 1700. (F-161) I've estimated his age from his marriage record. He is listed as a friend of Richard Haynes and was called Major Christopher Estwicke in Haynes' will dated 1696 in St. John's, Barbados. He died young and wrote his will on Aug. 13, 1705 in St. John's Parish, Barbados. His will lists 2 daughters and one son underage and names his sister, Elizabeth, wife of Samuel Forte, Sr. His own title at that point was listed as Esquire of Barbados. "Estwick, Christo: Esq of Bdos, being very sick and weak. St. Johns Parish, 13 Aug 1705, RB4/18, p. 26 My daus Eliza. EStwick, and Francis Estwick both at 21, to have maintenance adn education, sis Eiza. wf of Samuel Forte Sr; God dau Elizabeth Foret the dau of Samuel Forte Jr.; my God son John Downes the son of Lt. Col. Richard downes; wf Frances Estwick, Richard Downes Esq, bro in law Francis Bond, and Saml. Foster, Gent. - Xtrs and Guradians; son Richard Estwick - str at 21 to be sent to England for education. singed Chris: Estwicke Wit Tho. Spight, Saml. Forte Jr., Margrett Lawrence Proved 18 Oct 1705 ESTWICK, Christopher (I12272)

He was sentenced for execution by Queen Elizabeth, but was spared and was imprisoned in the Tower of London instead. POLE, Arthur (I2139)

He was sixteen years of age when he came on the Mayflower with his Aunt and Uncle, the Tilleys. The Tilley's died in the first year. His other cousin, Humility Cooper, was sent back to England sometime after the Tilley's passed. She supposedly spent her early years in Plymouth. Even though William Bradford listed Henry and Humility as cousins of the Tilley's, they were actually a nephew and niece of Agnes Ann Cooper Tilley.

SAMSON, Henry Rollins (Mayflower Passenger) (I-FTB4532) (I2522)

He was still living when Beers wrote his history on Miami County, Ohio. Though he was raised Quaker, he was a member of the Christian Church at the end of his life and a member of the A.,F. & A.M. Lodge at Pleasant Hill, Ohio. COPPOCK, David M. (I6383)

He was still single and living at home in the 1860 census. GASKINS, John W. (I9126)

He was still single in 1861 when his father wrote a letter about he and his siblings. COATES, Rideway W. (I1033)

He was stillborn. COTTRELL, Talmage (I1769)

He was supposedly an illegitimate son of Mary Claghorn, who named this son James Calhoun after her current husband. CALHOUN, James (I3871)

He was supposedly killed by Indians at the same time as his father. (C-1304c,d) (C-2289) However, Bartholomew might account for one of the individuals living with his mother when she applied for 300 acres of land in Newberry/BerkeleyC in 1767. If so, his death date is after 1767. Land was granted by the number of members in one's family. Martha received 300 acres, accounting for herself at 100 acres, plus 50 acres for each additional member or 4 more members. That would probably include children, Bartholomew, Phebe, Martha and James. If Bartholomew was killed with his father, then Phebe was likely married at a young age and still living at home with her husband. COPPOCK, Bartholomew (I251)

He was the "Earl of Surrey". PLANTAGENET, Hameline (I12349)

He was the 11th Earl of Arundel and met his death by being beheaded. (C-682) He was the bearer of the crown when Richard II was coroneted on July 16, 1377. FITZALAN, Richard (I5136)

He was the 12th President of the United States. He died in office in the Whitehouse. (E) TAYLOR, Zachary (I8975)

He was the 2nd Lord Dudley. SUTTON, Edward (I13491)

He was the 2nd Marquis of Dorset. He was given command of the English forces that invaded France in 1572 by Henry VIII. GREY, Thomas * Marquess Of Dorset (I5978)

He was the 2nd President of the United States. ADAMS, John (I9013)
