  John was willed 5 lbs. by his stepfather, Aaron Coppock, on 10/3/1726 being called a "son-in-law" in the will. Son-in-law in this case meant stepson. John and Mary his wife witnessed the marriage of his step-brother, John Coppock toet Coulson in 1731. John and Mary were listed as the parents of William White when he married Sarah Pugh in 1743.
