II: 1767--Constables: Fras Graham, Jno.ith, Jos. Dennis, Thos. Cartmil, Solomon Carpenter, Wm. Jemmison, Jno. Clark, Charles Campbell, Wm. McMullen, Wm. Paxton, Hugh Hicklin, James Young. He clearly was the James who had died in this 1769 Chalkley record, Vol III: Page 250.--17th October, 1769. John Young's bond (with John Handley, William and James Bell) as guardian (appointed) to James Young, orphan of James Young. This Chaukley, V. 3 record, likely applies to he and his father also: Page 268.--Tract conveyed to James Young, deceased, by William Beverley, 28th February, 1749, and descended to James Young, eldest son and heir.
