  He was living in 1186 with the title Lord of Tachebrook Mallory, of Warwicks. (F-511) According to Nichols History of the County of Leicester, he was knighted. This might have been in 1216 or the 1216 could have been referring to his dte. Mary Reumah Mallories' notes don't specify which are correct. (F-635)
