"Page 380.--23d January, 1804. Robert (X) Cummins' will--To wifergaret; son, John; to Agnes Miller; to children, Jean, Robert, Margaret,Martha; to Phoeby Alford; to grandchildren, Robt. Gray and Jno.Rutherford. Executors, wife Margaret and son John. Teste: Jas. Cunningham.Wm. Bell. Proved, 26th November, 1804. John Cummins refused. Margaretis dead.
