  He was listed at age 78 when he died making his death date giving him a plausible birthdate. It is theory that he is the son of Evan Evans and Jane Thomas. If so, he might not have been baptize because his mother died when he was born. This theory is fitting with my DNA matches to 3 of his descendants on Gedmatch descended from him. If he is placed correctly in this family tree, this Evans branch also matches two other descendants of his theorized brother, Evan Evans.
