Obituary
Raleigh A. Hetzer, age 90, went home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2017.
Raleigh is survived by his wife, Shirley, of 62 years; sons Steve (Susan), Mark (Melanie), Charles (Tonya) and daughter Kelly Collins; grandchildren Steve (Allison) Sara (Don), Danielle (Jerry), Elisabeth (Christopher), Emily (Cody), Jeff (Lisa), and Curtis (April); great-grandchildren Zoey, Jeffrey, Vivian, and Cameron.
Raleigh was an Army Veteran and retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co after 42 years of service. He served as the past President of the Goodyear Hunting & Fishing Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling with his family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AseraCare Hospice 2820 W Market St. Suite 100 Akron, OH 44333.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 12th from 4:00 '96 8:00 PM in the Walters Funeral Home at Rose Hill 3653 W Market St. Fairlawn, OH.; where a Private Family Funeral Service will be held. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rosehillbp.com
