  • Notes
    • She and her husband came over on the Mayflower and brought "cousins" according to a 1650 record of passengers on the Mayflower by William Bradford. These were Henry Samson (a nephew) and Humility Cooper (a niece). It appears that William Bradford misunderstood their relationship to the children they brought with them. When both Tilleys died in Plymouth on the first year there, Humility was sent back to England. We do not know when this occurred. It could have been that she was sent back as a teen. Her whereabouts in England are unknown. Henry remained even though he was only about age 16 at the time.
