  This Thomas might be the son of what is now listed as his brother Robert Mallory who died in 1279 instead. He was known as the Lord of Kirkby Mollory or he could be the Thomas who was Knighted in the year 1300. If so, he also had a brother named Ralph. (F-511, 635)
