  I theorize that this young man was the son of Francis Culpepper that emigrated to Barbados because his family fell out of favor when King Charles was dethroned. Many landed gentry, like his father probably was from where this Francis was buried, lost their fortunes and titles by the incoming King. Our branch of this tree moved to Barbados. They have a different theory about him in Freereg.org. When checking for records of Francis Culpepper in England, there is only one, and he could by timing is the possible son of this Francis as he was born in 1652 according to Wikitree. This is all complete theory at this point in time. Note that he was buried in Westminster indicating stature.
