• Notes

  Christian and Susanna had all of their children in Pennsylvania before moving to Holmes Co., Ohio in 1829. Some of their children remained behind. Some of them moved to Ohio, one onto Indiana and two to Iowa. He and his wife originalld in Hardy Twp., Holmes Co., Oh according to the 1830 census of the newly formed Holmes Co. There was also a Jacob Mast in Hardy Twp. in 1830 on the same census page as him whom I suspect was his son. He and his wife are buried on their family plot on their farm in Berlin Twp., Holmes Co., Ohio.
