He was age 79 at the time and still practicing law as an attorney. He is quoted as saying: "The Youngs and Glenns had very frequently intermarried in Ireland and came here from Ulster, Ireland. One of the old sayings was that if they kept on intermarrying together, they would turn to noses and feet, as large noses and feet were characteristic of the family." |
