  Until 1775, David lived in Chester Co., Pennsylvania At that time they moved to Orange Co., NC where all their children were born. About 1774, Orange County was subdivided, and although they had not moved, their residence now was locatedatham Co., North Carolina. David was disowned by the Quaker Church on 9/4/1786 for neglecting his attendance at the Hopewell Monthly Meeting. (C-804)
